Job Title: Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

The Senior HR Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire HR function and aligning people strategies with overall business objectives. The position leads talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership on culture building, employee engagement, and change management while ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment. The role also drives compliance with labour laws, maintains HR policies and records, and manages complex employee relations and disciplinary matters.

Additionally, the Senior HR Manager designs and implements learning & development programs, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong internal talent pipeline. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 3-5 years of HR experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role, along with strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
