Aditi 1.0 cubesat

GENERAL DATUM has been recognized as a proud participant in ADITI Challenge 1.0, conducted by iDEX under the Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO). The company’s proposal on the “Development of Modular CubeSat Deployers for 1U to 16U Satellites” was shortlisted for further evaluation.

As part of the selection process, GENERAL DATUM was invited to present its concept to the High Power Selection Committee (HPSC) at Air Force Headquarters. The presentation highlighted the company’s capabilities in designing scalable and efficient satellite deployment systems tailored for emerging space missions.

The ADITI Challenge aims to foster innovation and accelerate the development of advanced technologies within India’s defence and aerospace sectors. Participation in this initiative underscores GENERAL DATUM’s commitment to contributing to the country’s growing space ecosystem through indigenous innovation.

The company also extended its congratulations to Catalyx Space for securing the top position in the challenge, recognizing the collective efforts of innovators working towards advancing India’s space capabilities.

Building on this momentum, GENERAL DATUM has announced the upcoming development and launch of its indigenous Modular CubeSat Deployers, marking a significant step toward strengthening in-house capabilities in satellite deployment technologies.
