Challenge:

Our client needed a highly reliable 32-channel RF switching control system capable of synchronizing 128 RF cards across multiple boards with deterministic timing under 200 microseconds — a critical requirement for real-time radar and communication platforms.

Our Solution:

General Datum designed and delivered a complete embedded hardware-firmware solution featuring four 8-layer circular control boards connected through an Ethernet hub. We handled end-to-end development: circuit design, high-speed PCB layout with controlled impedance routing, firmware with precise SPI and UDP protocols, and a custom GUI for seamless operation.
